modifications are not saved upload file not generated cannot access a certain file. This error is on my laptop only but does appear on the same excel file on another laptop. My Macros are enabled and i have done a repair but still facing same issue

I am getting this error 'modifications are not saved upload file not generated cannot access a "certain file"'.

According to it, this issue is related to the file it-self.
Do you have macro code in your file? Does the macro code have an error code?
Where is this Excel file saved? It is recommended to change the save location.
