We have parched defender for plan2, we can save all the settings without File Integrity and Monitoring settings.

@Noyon Chandra Das Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you have purchased defender for servers plan 2 option and able to save except File Integrity and Monitoring settings.

I am not clear on the exact issue. Are you having trouble with PIM or saving settings in general?
If you are having trouble saving settings, make sure to hit save on the parent page. It is a common mistake to make changes on child pages in MDC settings and not to select save on the parent page. It is a bit counter intuitive.
