Hi Team,
We have nearly 4k devies in our tenant,suddently rdp enabled and disabled options are gredyed out for some machines, fortunately i have perimissition to enable it but my co-admin was not able. I am sure me and he was the part of RDP group.

For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
1.Are these devices managed by intune?
2.If possible, please show us the screen shot about "RDP enabled and disabled options are greyed out".
3.Did you configure any policy about RDP via intune?
If there is anything update, feel free to let us know.
Do you look the RDP settings in modern Settings view or traditional view through Control Panel legacy? Thing is that a while ago new modern setting for RDP was a buggy and the only real place to check that out was the legacy Control Panel view.
