how i can save the battery life on windows 11?

Hi there i was using windows 10 on think Pad L390 Yoga 2in1 laptop i noticed something strange and occurring on the battery when i was working with the latest update of windows 11; 

-Windows 11 is a great system and i loved it but i tested the discharge cycle of the battery is a lot faster even with right and eco settings for battery i tested 70% of battery life equals 2h20min but on windows 10 70% goes up to 3h30min ,please provide me with more info about this problem is windows 11 has this issues and it be fixed.

P.S:I have all the windows 11 recommended settings to run it (8th gen intel i5 vPro cpu) plus my laptop is new and the battery is good (not a hardware problem) and all my drivers are up to date and the laptop work fine on both windows version.
