Yes, you can manually delete or empty the large watcher.log
files located in the OmsAgentForLinux
directories corresponding to old agent versions (1.13.35
, 1.13.39
, 1.13.40
). These logs are remnants from previous installations and are not required for the current operation of the OMS Agent.
Is it safe to delete old watcher.log file (OmsAgentForLinux)
Hi,
I would like to free up space on a VM and I saw huge log files under OmsAgentForLinux directory.
There also is a huge watcher.log file under the following subdirectories :
1.13.35
1.13.39
1.13.40
It looks like old Agent versions.
Can I also delete (or at least empty) them manually ?
Thanks !
