Hi,

I would like to free up space on a VM and I saw huge log files under OmsAgentForLinux directory.

There also is a huge watcher.log file under the following subdirectories :

1.13.35
1.13.39
1.13.40

It looks like old Agent versions.

Can I also delete (or at least empty) them manually ?

Thanks !

Yes, you can manually delete or empty the large watcher.log files located in the OmsAgentForLinux directories corresponding to old agent versions (1.13.35, 1.13.39, 1.13.40). These logs are remnants from previous installations and are not required for the current operation of the OMS Agent.
