How to replace TLS certificate from New to OLD?

Hello Yesterday I want to renew my TLS certificate but by mistakenly I selected wrong acme name and cert was created But I want to roll back that previous cert and again want to renew with correct acme name. how do I do now ?

Can you please specify which Azure service you are using?

I see you have used AKS tag, are you following Certificate rotation in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

Or Is it a different PaaS Service or IaaS VM?
