Hi Sriram Chidambaram Narayanan,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for reaching out regarding your query on Azure API Management Basic/Standard V2 - Public Static IP Address.
In the Consumption, Basic v2, Standard v2, and Premium v2 tiers of Azure API Management, instances operate on a shared infrastructure and do not have a dedicated, deterministic IP address. Instead, these instances use a set of outbound IP addresses based on the Azure region in which they are deployed.
If you need to allowlist the outbound IP addresses used by your API Management instance, you can add the corresponding Azure region's IP address range to your allowlist. Microsoft provides a downloadable JSON file that lists all the IP address ranges for Azure data centers globally. You can refer to this file to identify the specific IP ranges for your instance's region.
