During my meeting with microsoft support staft regarding the PSD enrollment process in the Partner Center, we noted a discrepancy regarding the location of your Azure account. You mentioned that your country is the United States; however, upon verification, we observed that the Azure account you created is located in India.

To proceed with the PSD enrollment without any regional conflicts, it is essential that your Azure Active Directory tenant aligns with your actual country location. Therefore, I recommend creating a new Azure Active Directory tenant with the United States as the region. This step will ensure compliance with the enrollment process and avoid potential complications related to regional settings.

Let me know if you are available to connect for a Teams meeting to discuss and resolve this, similar to how I connected with the Microsoft Partner Center representative. I’d be happy to guide you through the process or answer any questions you may have.

Looking forward to your response.

    Hello @Bhavya,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

It appears that during your meeting with Microsoft support staff regarding the PSD enrollment process in the Partner Center, there was a discrepancy related to the location of your Azure account. I understand you were advised to create a new Azure Active Directory tenant with the United States as the region to ensure compliance with the enrollment process and to avoid potential issues caused by regional settings.

If you need assistance in creating a new Azure Active Directory tenant, you can refer to the following document: Create a new Microsoft Entra directory.

Here are the steps to create a new tenant:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal.
    2. From the Azure portal menu, select Microsoft Entra ID.
    3. Navigate to Identity > Overview > Manage tenants.
    4. Select Create. Screenshot of Microsoft Entra ID - Overview page - Create a tenant.
    5. On the Basics tab, select the type of tenant you want to create, either Microsoft Entra ID or Microsoft Entra ID (B2C).
    6. Select Next: Configuration to move to the Configuration tab.
    7. On the Configuration tab, enter the following information: Screenshot of Microsoft Entra ID - Create a tenant page - configuration tab.
      • Type your desired Organization name (for example Contoso Organization) into the Organization name box.
      • Type your desired Initial domain name (for example Contosoorg) into the Initial domain name box.
      • Select your desired Country/Region or leave the United States option in the Country or region box.
    8. Select Next: Review + Create. Review the information you entered and if the information is correct, select Create in the lower left corner.

Your new tenant is created with the domain contoso.onmicrosoft.com.

I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
