In Azure Computer Vision, you may encounter an issue where creating a resource in the East US region results in an indefinite loading state. This could happen due to several reasons, such as temporary service delays or configuration issues. I also observed the same issue initially in my environment. However, it resolved after some time, and my Azure resource was successfully created and became active.
To address this, you can try creating a new resource in the same region to see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, consider checking the Azure status page for any service disruptions in the East US region.
Might this issue would be intermittent, it could be due to a temporary network or server issue. In this case, you can try again later to see if the issue has been resolved.
Try Clear browser cache and cookies and also try using a different browser.
