Hii, I accidently enrolled into paid subscription but I am student. I login with my student email in azure but i got subscribed with paid instead of student subscription. I want to talk to azure team regarding this issue. I tried creating support plan ticket but it takes each time to request refund page and when i try to refund tge transaction it says we can only do with 250 dollars transaction limit. I want to talk to azure team on phone call or my email directly. I want to change my account to student one. When I try to cancel the subscription it says pay bill first. The bill is around 1500 dollars thats huge amount. I just used azure for my education purpose only. Please help me anyone. I asked earlier also using this question and answer forum but they told me to create support plan . I have tried many time its not working for me. I want to talk to real azure team person about my issue. Please reach out to me as soon as possible. My email is Harmanpreerkaur7@student.ufv.ca

    Hi ,

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    You can reach out Azure billing and subscription management team by creating a billing support request. Billing support request via Azure portal is free for all Azure customers and doesn't require a paid support plan. Please select 'Billing' under 'issue type' while creating the support request.

    @Harmanpreet and @Katie Ross

    Please create a New Support Request in the portal and choose Issue type: Billing Problem type: Refund request, then click Next. Once it shows suggested solutions, DO NOT CLICK the Request a refund button, click Return to support request in upper left corner as shown below:

    azure support request Return to support request

    Click Next, continue filling out information, make sure your email/phone are correct, and finish creating the case. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.

    FYI: Azure Billing and Subscription Management support is included in the Basic Support Plan without any charge.
