My Identity validation has been "In Progress" for almost a month

We are paying monthly for Trusted Signing but our identity is stuck "In Progress" and I have no way to contact support since we don't have the support tier (We only want to use Azure for signing at this time). Is there anything we can do to accelerate the status? Should I create a new entity?
