Ensure the Surface Dock 2 firmware is up to date.

Plug the monitors into different ports on the Surface Dock 2 to see if the problem persists.

    Use another USB-C cable.

Open the Surface App on the Surface Pro 11.

Navigate to Dock Configuration Settings and ensure both monitors are detected and configured properly.

Adjust resolutions and refresh rates to compatible settings.

Reset the Surface Dock 2 by unplugging and reconnecting.

    Hello,

1、Attempt to swap the ports on the dock to see if the issue is port-specific.

    2、Update Dock Firmware.

3、Check for updates to the graphics drivers and Surface firmware via Windows Update or the Surface Update page on Microsoft’s website.

Make sure that the latest drivers for the Surface Pro 11 are installed.

4、Make sure that both monitors are set up to use compatible display modes. Use the Windows Display settings to configure display resolution and orientation.

If one monitor is not displaying, try reducing the resolution or refresh rate to see if it’s a bandwidth issue.

5、Right-click on the desktop and select “Display settings” to ensure both monitors are detected by Windows.

If both monitors are visible in the display settings, ensure they are configured to “Extend these displays” rather than “Duplicate” or “Show only on 1/2”.

6、If possible, test with a different dock or with USB-C to HDMI/DisplayPort adapters to rule out a faulty dock.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
