    Hi Wiley Heather L,
Thank you for reaching out on the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

I appreciate your patience, and I feel your worry about the module not being finished.
Please follow these steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Log Out and Clear Cache: Log out from all tabs within your current browser and clear your cache files. Afterward, try logging in again using your Learn ID credentials.
    2. Use Incognito/Private Browsing: Sign out from your current browser session and attempt logging in from an incognito window or private browsing mode.
    3. Switch Browsers: If the above steps don’t work, try switching to a different browser and retry the login process.

In some cases, the time it takes for the updates on the main page can vary, as in some instances it only takes minutes while in some instances it can even take up to hours. Given that, I think it would be best to constantly refresh the page for the next few hours to see if it reaches the one hundred percent mark.

I really hope that this explanation will solve the problem. If you still have issues, you can always contact us, and we will do our best to help you.
