Need Help to reschedule the exam AZ-500

Due to some technical hardware issue, I could not attempt the AZ-500 exam on scheduled date on 26-12-2024.
after that trying to reschedule my exam AZ-500 which is not visible under my Microsoft account.
Please can help me on this. waiting for your help.
