Need Help to reschedule the exam AZ-500 Which is not showing up in my MS account.

Please help me with reschedule this appointment. Not sure why it is disabling from my account.

Due to some technical issue, I was unable to attempt the exam on scheduled time. So tried to reschedule it back before 1pm today.
