Can't create support request in Partner Center

When trying to create a support request in the partner center I´m required to select a workspace, since I have none available I can´t complete the form:User's image It seems other people have faced the same issue:

I have also tried creating a support ticket in the non-technical support dashboard but the page ends up sending me back to the partner center (to the form where I need to select a workspace):

I´m basically unable to contact support, could someone give me some pointers on how to open a support request?
