Estou testando a Azure para verificar com a web app se comportará sendo hospedada no Azure e para verificar qual seria o valor estimado de quanto gastaria por mes com a aplicação hospedada no Azure

Alguem pode me ajudar como reativar minhs subscription?

    please take a look here: Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription

    If you are not able to reactivate the Subscription as mentioned another option is to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

    Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.
