How to fix "The sandbox for this module is currently unavailable" error?

I'm stuck in this module, because my sandbox doesn't work: https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/training/modules/scale-sql-databases-elastic-pools/3-exercise-create-elastic-pool. I get a message: The sandbox for this module is currently unavailable. We're working to resolve this as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you may be able to complete this module's exercises using your personal subscription, but charges may apply and you may have to modify the instructions for your subscription.

    Nothing you can do really. The service becomes temporarily unavailable sometimes and you have to wait until it is available again. On this forum thread and on this one you will find some suggestions but none of them are confirmed that work to fix this error.
