How to fix phone validation during free account signup

I am creating a free account on Azure, but when I enter my phone number, it gives me the error 'We're unable to validate your phone number.' I have tried multiple phone numbers, but I still get the same error. Please give me a solution for this; I am fed up.

    Ensure you have entered your phone number correctly, including the country code. Try a different phone number. If possible, use a different one to see if the issue persists. If the problem continues, it might be best to contact Azure support for further assistance.
