Identity Validation Request is "in progress" for over 2 weeks

Hello

I need to codesign a Windows executable (MSI), and I initiated an Identity Validation request two weeks ago (25e16049-6163-4768-8719-f248d3deaaf3), and provided the required documents when receiving requests by mail (I can see that they were properly received).

However, the identity validation request is "in progress" for more that 10 days with no single change or mail. Is there anything I can do to help making progress, or to check if anything else is expected from my side (I have users waiting for the app) ?
