Do you have WPS on your computer?
If so, it is recommended to uninstall it first to have a check. Because installing two software at the same machine may easily cause some Office issues.
In addition, according to the picture you shared, I suggest you disable 3rd-party COM add-ons. Please go to File > Options > Add-ins > Manage COM Add-ins, click Go, clear the check boxes for any enabled COM add-ins, select OK.
