Keyboard Not Being Recognized When Working in RemoteApp

I'm using RemoteApps to launch an app on my server from my desktop PC or my laptop. I've had no problem for years. But suddenly yesterday when I'm in the app my local keyboard on my desktop PC is not being recognized by the RemoteApp....I cannot type anything into required fields. I tested from my laptop and same thing.

BUT if I do RDP itself to the host computer or do TeamViewer I have no problem typing from my keyboard on my desktop and having it appear in the app. So it's not my keyboard itself, but something between my keyboard and RemoteApps.

Help!

    Hello,

You may check your device redirection.

open mstsc and click 'show options'

Open your rdp file from remote app (when you are using remote app, your browser will automatically download a rdp file)

Switch to 'Local Resource' and confirm the checkbox in 'Local Devices and resources'

If you are using a remote pc from your organization, check your group policy because it has a higher priority.

If redirection is all fine, check your device manager on your terminal side. (if there's any error and warning related to keyboard). If exist, update your driver (system version if necessary)
