AZ - 800 exam not visible in my portal

Hi Team,

I have cleared the AZ-800 on 25 sept 2024. I got the mail of passing the exam and also in dashboard its visible that I passed the exam. But certificate is not visible. az800 mail.PNG

The mail which I received after clearing the exam in that Microsoft Certification Id is mentioned 992729798. az800.PNG

Later I got to know that for AZ-800 the prerequisite is AZ-801. That also I cleared but the certificate(AZ-800) is still not visible. For proof I am adding AZ-801 certificate which I cleared on 26 Nov 2024. az-801.png

Please help me in this issue so that I can get my certificate. Earlier also I mentioned this thing but I got the reply on how to download certificate from dashboard.
