Export SharePoint lists into MS Word

Hi,

Is it possible to export SharePoint lists into Microsoft Word?

I am aware that SharePoint lists can be exported as Excel. But I would like to know if there is an option to export SharePoint lists into Microsoft Word.

Per my test, there is no direct way to export SharePoint list into word.

Here is a workaround:

1.In the SharePoint list, click export to excel.

2.Create a new word file -> Insert -> Table -> Excel Spreadsheet.

3.Click the Excel Spreadsheet -> Date -> From Text/CSV -> Choose the CSV file in the step1.

SharePoint lists cannot be directly exported to Microsoft Word in the same way they can be exported to Excel.

Yo may use Power Automate to Export SharePoint Lists into Word.
