How to install Configuration Manager 2309

We are currently on Configuration Manager 2303, and we can't update to 2309.

The process is stuck on [Installation] since December the 2nd, 2024 (Current date: January 8th, 2025), but the [Prerequisite Check] is "Completed with warning", and I think that may be the problem

[Completed with warning] Potential SQL server performance issue caused b change tracking retention period

[Completed with warning] Check if the site uses the Asset Intelligence sync point role

There is no AI sync role on any site

[Completed with warning] Co-Management workload slider for resource access policies towards Configuration Manager is no longer supported

We don't have any email, certificate, VPN, Wi-Fi, and Windows Hello for Business profiles

[Completed with warning] Network Access Account (NAA) account usage alert

We have 2 "Full Admin" and we tried using both of them.

What could be the issue for this installation?

    1,Kindly help review the ConfigMgrPrereq.log, ConfigMgrSetup.log and ConfigMgrSetupWizard.log located on root drive of your site server and see if there is any error information.

    2,What version of the ODBC driver for SQL server on your site servers? Starting with Configuration Manager 2309 release, Configuration Manager requires the installation of the ODBC driver for SQL server 18.1.0 or later as a prerequisite. This prerequisite is required when you create a new site or update an existing one and on all remote roles. Refer to:

    3,We can also try to use the CMUpdateReset tool to reset an in-console update with download or replication problem. For more information, please refer to:

    <SCCM Install Folder>cd.latest\SMSSETUP\TOOLS\CMUpdateReset>CMUpdateReset.exe -FDELETE -S <your SQL Server> -D CM_1 -P <package GIUD>

    Kindly restart SMS_EXECUTIVE, SMS_SITE_COMPONENT_MANAGER, and CONFIGURATION_MANAGER_UPDATE services to have a try.
