Unable to start IIS Express after updating Windows 24H2

Hi,
After updating to Windows 24H2, starting a web application in Visual Studio with .NET Framework 4.8 shows the error:
Unable to start program Files\llS Express\iisexpress.exe.
The process has been terminated.
Refresh the process list before attempting another attach.
How can I resolve this issue?
OS: Windows 24H2 .NET Framework Version: 4.8

Does this problem only occur in specific projects, or does it occur in all projects? You can try to create a new one and check if it has same issue.
In addition, can you start
iisexpressmanually using for example command line like this:iisexpress /site:SiteName? Just refer to this doc for more details: Running IIS Express from the Command Line. -

I've two startup projects. WCF and ASP.NET MVC.
Only the ASP.NET MVC face the problem.But, after repairing the ISS as @Lex Li (Microsoft) suggested, the issues seem to be fixed.
Both projects are running ok now. Thank you everyone for the support.
