Hello Ben Joseph,
Thanks for your question.
Azure subscription 1 is default name when a subscription is created. The Subscription name is just for identification and it doesn't have any impact so I would not think that should prevent you from doing anything. This is more likely an RBAC/permissions issue imo.
- I would recommend you check that that your user account has the necessary roles assigned. Ensure that your user has the “Owner” or “Contributor” roles. You can do this by going to portal.azure.com > subscription and on the left pane selecting IAM.
- Also, ensure your credit card details are accurate and up to date. Go to Cost Management + Billing” section, select “Payment methods,” and confirm this works if its a PayGo subscription. See: https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/change-credit-card
However if you do want to change your offer, See: https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/switch-azure-offer
You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

Abiola
