i delete my subscriptions why Azure tell me this ?

The experience is very bad . I tried to delete it last month, and all my subscriptions were deleted, but they were withdrawn from me this month as well, with services that I had never used. Why are you doing this? Even the withdrawal amount was very impressive. I will speak on Twitter until my money is returned

    For this I would recommend you contact billing support. To do this create a ticket at https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket and make sure to select billing.

    In the meantime try the steps here https://zcusa.951200.xyz/en-us/answers/questions/836009/cant-detach-the-payment-method-credit-card as this solved the exact same issue when experienced by another user.
