- Clear the browser cache
- Try to access Azure portal in different browsers and also in incognito mode.
- Is this issue related to specific machine or are you observing same issue in multiple machines ?
If you are still facing the issue , I would recommend to file a support case using these steps. If you do not have a support plan, send mail to AzCommunity[at]microsoft[dot]com, include your subscription ID and a link to this Microsoft Q & A thread (for context).
