Webhook with OAuth 2.0 token for Servicenow event integration

I've tried to pass an access token to the Webhook URI in various combinations but none of them work. I am trying to send the alert json payload to a servicenow event endpoint. The options seem to be no authentication and basic authentication. I am able to post the json to the same servicenow endpoint with OAuth tokens using postman with the bearer header but its seemingly impossible to pass the same token to the Webhook. Has anyone ever tried it? Thanks

Can you please provide little more context here (if possible, along with the link of Azure document(s) that you are following)?
Perhaps I am missing something but based on given information and based on my understanding, below are my insights:
If you are trying using Azure Monitor alert rules then what is the type of the action under your action group? I believe Logic App is the most suitable action type in this case. Also, make sure that the payload includes supported format in JSON. For more information w.r.t it, please refer below related references.

2020-08-25T15:09:57.023+00:00 Or if you are trying to send Azure service health alerts with ServiceNow using webhooks then as per this Azure document, the webhook can optionally use token-based authorization for authentication and the webhook URI is saved with a token ID, for example, https://mysamplealert/webcallback?tokenid=sometokenid&someparameter=somevalue.
Or if you are using Event Management module in cloud-based ServiceNow instance and wish to create Events or Alerts in ServiceNow using the IT Service Management Connector (ITSMC) connector then please follow this Azure document.
