Your existing Public IPs will still function as expected, and should not be affected by an Azure Bastion deployment. You can even still RDP using your Public IPs if desired.
Use NSGs to block or allow access via the Public IP of your VM.

Hey,
We are planning to deploy Azure Bastion soon.
Currently, we use public IPs to RDP to our virtual machines. But for the SQL Server VM, we use
public IP to also connect to the SQL Server on SSMS.
My question is - What happens to these public IPs after we deploy Bastion. Would we have to change the way we connect to the SQL Server or will I still be able to use the same public IP to connect ?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Sharath.
