We are having issues with out snipping tool inside out virtual machines for some users and have tried deleting and redownloading it. Tried the reset tried the terminate. I need other ideas on how to get this to work because our users cant work without this tool.

What is the Operating system and do you have any GPOs or policies that block any exes? Do you get error when you run the tool from start run - snippingtool?

Issue with Snipping Tool via Sysinternals ZoomIt64 on VM Workstation Pro Windows 10
I'm using ZoomIt64 on VM Workstation Pro with Windows 10. When I press ctrl+6 to snip something, it appears that the tool takes the snip, but I can't find where the snips are being stored. I've looked around but couldn't locate the snipping captures. It seems like the tool is either not storing the snips or storing them in an unknown location. Any help or guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
