Has anyone come across a efficient way of moving files from One Drive into Azure File Share?

Scenario: User has One Drive Files and I would like to get those Files and move them to Azure File Share.

From reading documentation I have found out that it can be done by 1. Command Line (Robo Copy & AZcopy)? 2. Migration tool (Azure File Sync)? 3. Any 3rd Party Software? 4. Download One Drive files to a On-Prem Server from One Drive Cloud and Upload it back up to Azure File Share through Mounted Azure File Drive on a On-Prem Server?

Road Blocks I have come into is File size Limit; # number of files to big to transfer ; Takes an awfully long time through the network ; Read from another source, Azure file sync will not even work with syncing a One Drive folders to Azure File Share

Details- File folder size of just 1 folder is 60gb another 32gb ect. I did not try to move all this at once but small increments such as 20gb. (One Drive to On-Prem) Still allows me to continue the process but fails saying file size to large.

    I can not deny that this brought my attention so, I decided taking a look at the best approach for this and found this procedure which might fit into your case scenario.

    You can create a connection to the storage accounts(Blob Storage, Azure Files and so on...) using Access Key as shown below:

    Then, you can create a connection as per the options found on the One Drive:

    Once you have filled out the info required, you will get something like this as well:
