Pooya knows his way around New York's food scene, so when I got an invite to join him for sushi, AutoRespond:YES! The Al Bustan Rotana Hotel in Dubai has a beautiful restaurant called Benihana with a great sushi buffet every Tuesday and Saturday. Near the airport and easy to find: just follow the airport signs :)
