Heritage Systems

Especially for governments, the history of systems in place today can not be ignored (legacy, or "heritage systems" as an Englishman named theirs).

In my visits to Qatar, Kuwait and Abu Dhabi last week, we opened our discussions with reference to Microsoft's commitment to standards and the current interoperability options with .NET, BizTalk and SOA in general.

    I spent last week on the road to Kuwait, Qatar and Abu Dhabi. The Microsoft Innovation Center in Kuwait
