    I downloaded the Tab Conversation app but nothing happened...do i need to follow any steps to get it working

    You need to first start "Microsoft Lync Tabbed Conversations" and then run Lync 2010. It works :)

    It does work. However, I face an issue. When i keep typing a message to someone and suddenly someone else pings, that window gets activated. its like i end up typing the first part of the message to the intended recipient and the other part to the person who just pinged me. How do i avoid that?
