Microsoft buys Multimap

If you haven't used www.multimap.com take a look. I love the way their service has been implemented and their maps on London in particular are excellent. Even the tube map is great :-)

When I have information re how this will play out in terms of Virtual Earth I'll let you know, but the potential of the combination of these two services is definitely very interesting.
