    I am trying to connect to a clustered SQL Server 2005 database.  No matter what URL string I use, I got an error when I try to connect.  I am using the Netbeans 6.1 IDE and SQL Server 2005 jdbc driver 1.2 Error: The TCP/IP Connection to the host has failed. java.net.Connectexception: Connection refused:Connect
