Co-authoring: How two people can edit one Word 2010 doc at the same time

I’ve been hearing about co-authoring in Office 2010 for quite a while now inside of Microsoft.  If you haven’t heard, co-authoring is a feature in Word 2010 that lets two or more people edit a single document at the same time and see each others changes.

It’s an extremely cool idea to make collaboration easier, and avoid version control issues that come up when emailing files around or having to wait to update a version-controlled document because it is “locked” for editing.

But how exactly do you do co-authoring?   Check out the short video below to find out.
