FIM 2010 R2 - Installation Companion Documents

All,

I have put together these installation companion documents for FIM 2010 R2.  Basically, I am going through a clean installation of FIM 2010 R2 in a distributed setup against clean Windows Server 2008 R2 systems.  I am using Hyper-V for everything except my SQL Server which is a physical box.  Here is the collection of the installation companion documents.
