Some issues from last weekend's release have been reported

Teams are actively working to resolve a few types of reported issues, most related to the MSDN Subscription Benefit Administration tool. An update will be posted on this blog once the issues are resolved. Please contact MSDN Support (https://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/aa948875.aspx) if you encounter issues with your subscription.

Friday 9/12 UPDATE: As of late Thursday, the majority of these issues have been resolved for subscribers. If you were not able to access your Subscriber Benefits, please try again prior to contacting support.

I'm still not able to access subsciber benefits using either of the two accounts I have access to, nor have I been able to get any useful information from the 'support' desk.  A little more information on the home page of the MSDN site might be helpful.
