This is just awful news. We had a license to TeamPlain (a really nice product) but we use it company wide with a floating license so people like support can view work items. We can't afford to get them all user VS CALs. Is there going to be any better pricing than that for organization use of the viewers and Work Item editing?

Reply to MarkZach's comment: I found this answer from my team: Actually you always needed TFS licenses with TeamPlain – so nothing has changed. So you are not properly licensed right now :) Now things are better in that you do not need to buy TeamPlain licenses. That said, we are working to improve the licensing for this scenario (customers who want lots of people to be able to file bugs but not pay CALs for each person).
