Microsoft Customer and Partner Satisfaction Survey - We want your feedback!

In our continuing efforts to improve your experience with Microsoft New Zealand, we would love to hear from you on what areas we are doing well in, and where there is room for improvement.

You will soon receive an invitation to the Microsoft Customer and Partner Satisfaction Survey. This survey gives us a sense of whether or not we are providing value to IT Professionals in New Zealand and what improvements can be made in terms of products, service and the local team. I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete it.

You may not be aware but I am held personally responsible for your satisfaction with Microsoft New Zealand, and its a big part of my job to come up with ideas and plans and help you have a better experience with Microsoft NZ.

Over the past year we have listened to your feedback and responded with improvements to TechEd 2011 back in August, TechDay Roadshow in November, the more deep technical IT Camp’s which we organised and are free of charge to provide you a good learning experience and hands-on with on Hyper-V and System Center, or the free learning online offering Microsoft Virtual Academy, and don’t forget all the regular information on our TechNet Newsletter.

What do you think? Where can we do better?

We understand you are busy, but we would appreciate if you took 15 minutes to complete the survey. We need your candid feedback to make improvements that are meaningful and effective for you. If you’re been invited to complete the survey, you will receive an email invitation from feedback@e-mail.microsoft.com with a link to an online customer satisfaction survey. If you utilise a spam filter, please adjust the settings to allow email from the domain@satisfaction.ipsos.com. This is a valid Microsoft survey.

Thank you in advance for your participation and valuable input. You have our commitment that the results of the survey will be used in our efforts to better meet your needs locally here in New Zealand.

Windows 8 is a desktop disaster.  It does nothing to improve the desktop experience.  It is worse than the Vista fiasco.  A bunch of monkeys could have done better.

Repeatedly saying someone use it. this is not money that is succeptable to theft which very hard to recover this a way to communicate especially urgent. We seems you dont want to patronize your product hotmail and that of live e-mail. Are we wasting our time just to recover that for one use only.? OK we seems I need to inform everybody that your are just collecting our informations for unknown reason. Please respond asap
