Enterprise Library Console Manifest File

In a post in the workspaces, someone noticed that we forgot to update the manifest file to match the name of the .exe file. We are trying to determine the OS / environment where this occurs.  You can go ahead and fix the file, but if you guys out there have any thoughts, please post it to the workspace.  Thanks in advance .
