It's come to my attention...

That the folks over at TrayGames are starting to make some noise..  They're looking to meet some prospective developers at this years Game Developers Conference (yes i'll be there), and even have a blog started up for their community.

With their new platform coming out soon, it seems likely we'll be seeing a much larger array of Managed DX games soon.  I'd highly recommend you go check them out!

Very very interesting. I've been involved in the Wildtangent community (www.wildtangent.com), founded by former DirectX co-creator Alex St. John for several years now, their concept is similar to TrayGames in that they target casual gamers & build small games streamed over the web.

Interestingly, because WildTangent initially used DirectX & Java as their primary development platform, they're now facing some problems regarding Java on Win32.

Using C# and .NET was a bold move for TrayGames a few years back. I hope they succeed in their efforts, best of luck to them.
