Publish a Learning Path on the Portal
Any changes made to an existing Learning Path on the Community Training portal, or any new ones created, will not be accessible until the Learning Path is published.
In this article, you will learn how to publish a Learning Path to the portal.
Permissions Level
The Community Training portal provides role-based permission levels. The table below shows which administrative roles can publish a Learning Path.

Steps to perform before publishing a Learning Path
Before publishing a course go through the following checklist:
Select View as Learner icon on top right of the Learning Path details page to get a preview and experience how the learners would see and consume the Learning Path content whenever they login.
Rearrange the structure of the course and lesson sequence using simple drag and drop operation until the lessons are in the order you require.
Select Publish on right-navigation of the page to publish the Learning Path to the learners.
