Compiler Error C3450
'type': not an attribute; cannot specify [System::AttributeUsageAttribute] or [Windows::Foundation::Metadata::AttributeUsageAttribute]
A user-defined managed attribute must inherit from AttributeCollection. A Windows Runtime attribute must be defined in the Windows::Foundation::Metadata
namespace.
