The store ID - must use the tenant ID

offerId: String

The offer ID to update or delete

eTag: String

Identifier for purposes of race condition

specificPlanIdsLimitation: IList<String>

Plan ids limitation for this offer

customHeaders: Dictionary<String,List<String>>

The headers that will be added to request.

cancellationToken: CancellationToken

The cancellation token.
