Controls how the marker tracks text when edits occur.

[out] Pointer to flags specifying how the marker tracks text when edits occur. For a list of pdwFlags

Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

In general, specify a value of MB_DEFAULT for the pdwFlags
parameter. If you want your marker to always snap to the current line, you can specify a value of MB_LINESPAN. MB_LINESPAN is an entirely perpendicular setting to MV_LINE, which controls visual appearance.
