Returns marker behavior flags, which define the default marker behavior.

Parameters
- pdwFlags
- UInt32
[out] Pointer to a DWORD containing the behavior for the marker type. For a list of pdwFlags
values, see MARKERBEHAVIORFLAGS.
Returns
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.

For now, only streaming and line-spanning options are supported.
